The Last Friday Job Party is a monthly virtual event hosted by the tech brands of GEE Group: Agile, ADCC, Paladin, and SNI Technology.. It started as a small session for mid-to-senior IT pros—now it’s a growing community for tech, techno-functional, and everything in between.
If you’re feeling stuck, overlooked, or unsure what really works anymore in a job search, you’re not alone. The hiring process has changed, and most of the advice out there hasn’t kept up. That’s why we created Last Friday Job Party—a space for honest conversations, real-time support, and the kind of career guidance you can actually use.
We’re your hosts—Ben Sheffield (SNI Technology) and Ciara Nasuti (Agile). Ben’s a technical recruiter with over a decade of experience matching IT professionals with roles that fit. He knows what hiring managers are looking for and how to help candidates get in front of the right ones. Ciara brings a background in tech recruiting, sales, and branding. She leads the conversation with a focus on visibility, storytelling, and helping job seekers show up with confidence—even in a broken system.
Each session is built around what job seekers say they need most:

Clint Hawkins is the Vice President of Client Services at GEE Group, where he leads talent solutions and collaborates with MSP partners and clients. He also serves as Vice President at Agile Resources.
With a career dedicated to building and mentoring recruiting teams, Clint has held leadership roles at BravePath, Pareto Solutions Group, Saxon Global, The HT Group, and Principle Solutions Group. His early career includes experience as a recruiter at iSymmetry and an intern/project analyst at General Motors. Clint earned his degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Evansville.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he is committed to community service, volunteering as a Men’s Ministry Volunteer and Managing Director at Riverbend Church, where he leads small group sessions.
